Guided app setup

Answer these steps in order. If you do not have a FireNav login yet, choose that option here so the access email gives you the right account step after install.

Step 1

Tell us who this is for

This email is used for the app access link and for FireNav sign-in or account setup.

Department email Use the same email for app access and FireNav sign-in.

FireNav account

I already have a loginUse my current FireNav account after the app installs. I need an accountInclude account setup directions with the app access email. Not sureCheck this email and route me to the right next step.

Host department Select the host department for this app request. Choose Other / associate user if this request is not for a listed tenant.

Step 2

Choose the device

iPhone and iPad installs use Apple's App Store. If Apple asks you to sign in, use your Apple ID first, then continue installing FireNav.

Apple ID checkpoint

If the App Store opens and asks for an Apple ID, sign into Apple first. That Apple sign-in is separate from your FireNav account. After Apple accepts the install, open FireNav Pro and follow the FireNav sign-in or account setup step.

Step 3

Send the request

If your email is already approved or trusted, the private install page is emailed right away. Otherwise FireNav reviews it first.
