FireNav Pro

PWA access for approved users

FireNav Pro includes Progressive Web App access for approved departments. A PWA runs from the browser, can be added to a device home screen, and can support app-like behavior such as service-worker caching, offline fallback, and web push where supported.

Pro covers field maps, incident lists, traffic, roster, calendar, readiness, settings, notifications, and department-specific data connections.

FireNav Pro

Native iOS distribution is available now

FireNav Pro is the private iOS app path for approved customer departments. It supports the FireNav workflows inside a native app deployment model and is distributed privately rather than listed publicly.

Android support is planned for a future release through a managed distribution path. Until then, Android users can request access and be tracked for follow-up.

Tenant administration

Designed for multiple departments

Each tenant can manage its own users, stations, units, readiness settings, dashboards, access requests, trusted domains, and app distribution records while keeping department data separated.

Private distribution

Access stays controlled

FireNav app access is intended for registered customer departments. Trusted department domains and existing FireNav users can be approved automatically. Other requests go through manual review before a private access page is enabled.

2FireNav checks existing user and trusted domain records
3Approved users receive the correct install path
4The department continues account management inside FireNav
